The terms that govern using CertQuestUSA.

CertQuestUSA is a practice-exam platform for CDL, OSHA, EPA, healthcare, insurance, real estate, teacher certification, FAA, and securities licensing exams. Every practice question cites the real regulation, statute, or official exam outline it's built from.

CertQuestUSA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any state DMV, OSHA, the EPA, FINRA, FAA, or any state licensing board. Our practice questions are original content written to reflect real regulatory requirements — they are not actual questions from any official exam. Passing a CertQuestUSA practice exam does not guarantee a passing result on the real exam, and does not itself grant any license, certification, or registration.

You need a Google account to sign in. You're responsible for keeping your account access secure. One account is for one person — sharing login access to get around a team seat limit isn't permitted.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Outside the 7-day guarantee below, refund requests are handled case by case — email us.

If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment on a plan, email us for a full refund. No conditions, no need to explain why. This applies to your first payment on a plan; renewals and one-time exam purchases past that 7-day window are covered by the case-by-case refund handling above, not this guarantee.

Every exam offers a limited set of free preview questions without a paid plan. Full exams, including simulator mode and full-length papers, require an active subscription or a one-time exam purchase.

Don't scrape, redistribute, or resell our question banks. Don't share paid-account access outside what your plan permits. Don't attempt to bypass the entitlement checks that gate paid content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

We cite a real regulation or official source for every question and correct it when we find an error, but regulations change and we can't guarantee every citation stays current the moment a rule updates. If you spot something outdated, tell us — we want to know.

The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

CertQuestUSA isn't liable for exam results, license or certification outcomes, or decisions made based on our practice content. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If we change these terms in a way that meaningfully affects your rights, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
