How does volume pricing work?
The per-seat rate drops automatically as your seat count grows — $12.99/seat at 5–9 seats, down to $8.49/seat at 50+. You pick a seat count, the checkout total reflects the matching rate for every seat, and Stripe bills that rate monthly until you change it.
What happens when I add or remove seats later?
Change your seat count from billing settings. Stripe prorates the difference for the rest of the current billing period, and your monthly charge recalculates at whatever tier your new seat count falls into.
Do unused seats roll over or refund?
Seats aren’t tied to a person — if someone leaves, remove them and their seat opens back up for the next invite at no extra cost. We don’t prorate refunds for seats you choose not to fill, same as most seat-based team plans.
Can employees see each other’s scores?
No. As manager you see each person’s attempt count and average score so you know who’s actually studying, but individual members only ever see their own history.
What if I need more than 50 seats?
The 50+ tier rate applies automatically no matter how large your roster gets — there’s no separate enterprise tier to negotiate. Email support if you want a CSV export of your team’s progress for internal reporting.
